You can join My UK Hub membership either as a personal account or a business account to shop for the products from the UK and European High Street. The individual yearly membership fee is £20, while for a business account is £60 where you will be enjoying 30 and 60 days of the free storage facility, respectively. As a member of My UK Hub, you can take benefit of our exclusive features like Personal Shopper, VAT refund.
For what purpose I can use My UK Hub address?
Signing up for My UK Hub gives your UK addresses that you can use while shopping from the UK stores and European High Streets. Irrespective of your home country, we give you the freedom to shop from your favorite UK brands, which you can get delivered at your UK address. You can further combine these products and get them shipped at your doorstep with shipment service.
How can I claim VAT tax for my shipment?
VAT Refund is exclusively for our members, and you will get the cashback within 6 to 12 weeks, depending upon the VAT inspection by the VAT department. If you buy your items without raising a shopping request from the My UK Hub portal, then you will not be able to claim the VAT. The worth of your order value should be more than £600 to claim the VAT.
What is Personal Shopper? How can I place an order from Personal Shopper?
The Personal Shopper is an exclusive feature for our members. We will assist you in buying your products straight from the UK stores and European High Streets as your personal shopper and will ship to your home country. You can place your personal shopper request for your product from your dashboard, and we will get that product for you, which you can review before the shipment.
What if I am unable to make online transactions to shop? How can take benefit from the personal shopper section?
The Personal Shopper feature is exclusively for our global customers who don't have a credit card. You need to raise the request for a personal shopper from your dashboard, which you can review from the dashboard. You will be charged a minimal fee of GBP 5.00 for every product that we shop on your behalf, along with the 2% cost for bank charges. You will have to pay us for your product through Wire Transfer via Member's page for your Personal Shopper request.
How insurance works for shipment created?
Your shipped parcel by My UK Hub will be insured up to £200.00 or the value of your parcel (whichever is lower). However, you can also get further insurance from the options in your dashboard after placing the shipment request. For parcels, up to the value of £1000 and £5000, the insurance fee is £25 and £95 respectively. You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org. for special insurance requirements. In the case where your parcel lost by the courier company, the refund will be within 8 to 12 weeks. You must notify us at customer email@example.com.
How long does it take to activate My UK Hub Address?
Instantly! The moment you complete your registration as a member of My UK Hub, you will get your UK address immediately. You can start shopping for your favorite products from the UK stores and European High Streets in no time after completing your registration process.
How can I make payment?
We, as a global service provider, accept PayPal, Credit Card, and Debit Card as a payment method. If you don't have a credit card but still want to shop from your favorite UK outlets, you can raise a Personal Shopper request from your dashboard, and we will get that product for you. For Personal Shopper, we accept payment from Wire Transfer. If you face any payment related issues, you can reach out to us at customer firstname.lastname@example.org.
How are shipping charges calculated?
The shipment cost of your consolidated parcel will be dependent on its weight and dimensions, along with the location on which we have to deliver it. So the shipping charges vary from parcel to parcel depending upon your merge package.
What happen in case of products returned by the Customs?
If any products are returned by the receiving country’s customs, the penalty and the return fine may be applicable by the selected courier. Please note that we only provide parcel forwarding services, but we are not responsible for local country clearance or customs.
